I am currently researching puppy mills and dogs that end up in shelters.

Puppy mills - To you,
1) What do you consider a puppy mill?
2) Do you have a suggestion to help sovle this issue?
3) What do you think about regisering Breeders?
4) Do you feel breeders should be limited to the number of liters per year?

Shelter Dogs -
1) What do you feel is the numder one reason why dogs end up in shelters?
2) Do you think puppy mills contribute to this cause?
3) Any ideas how to help support the shelters?
4) Do you feel breeders should be held responsible for shelter dogs, if they are found to be a puppy mill?
