i was employed there for 6 months and i had recently quit. The Director of the school held my entire check. The ccheck was for the amount of $124 dollars. She told me that because i did not give my 2 weeks notice. She said that i signed a paper and I asked if i could see it and she denied that access. I feel it is my right to look at it if i singed it...Please let me know what i can do so that i can get my money.
