We were notified on 1/12/2010 by ATA that the marketing company which sold us the policy (HSA) was going to move our business to a new carrier. If we did not want to have our policy moved, we need fax them a new payment authorization...which we DID NOT send or give verbally.
I called HSA many times and spoke to several of their representatives which promised to have better coverage available for us within a week or so... This never happened and we never signed up with them.
On, 2/19/2010 we received a letter from Serve America stating we have not had coverage since 8/31/2009. However we have been charged $399.00 each month, September through January of 2010, and any other charges to date.
