(1) can't register online because Staright Talks registration kicks me off of Internet Explorer
(2) can't reactivate my phone because Straight Talk uses people in the Phillapeans who if they don't like talking with me; then, they cut my phone off completely today
In brief, it can be said that "because Straight Talks registration are won't let me register; I was forced to call and sit on hole for a long time to talk with a phone room sctipt person in the Phillapeans; now get this; all I wanted was to have my credit card billed every month automatically so that I don't have to call every month;... I had to call 4 times; go through the script that had nothing to do with being on automatic billing... and because I got highly upset with this process; the phillapeno cut my phone off right then after 2 hours of just trying to be on automatic b illing. my phone is now cut off on Dec. 30, 2010 even though I am paid up to Jan. 6, 2011. I'm cut off completely because I attempted to get authomatic billing to my credit card each month. If anyone in management with Straight Talk reads this; here's what should be done: (1) fix your registration site so customers can register and not have to call the phillapeans script people who cut off your clients completely, (2) if you don't get that at least fixed; and we are forced to go through the script process; then, the script to "have monthly automatic billing should go like this: custome gives their phone number; ... then, scrpt person says... he's found it; then, credit card number is taken over the phone and all that's said is "THANK YOU FOR USING STRAIGHT TALK; YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOW BE AUTHOMATICALLY BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD EACH MONTH. GOOD BYE.
