The worst place to have your hair cut. I will never go into a Smart Styles not even to buy hair products. The Stylist screwed up my daughters hair. She was asking me how to cut my daughters hair. If I would have know how to cut hair do you think I would have taken my daughter to someone else. Back of hair was million of different lengths. One side was longer than the other. After my daughter and I repeated telling hern one side was longer than the other still insisted it wasn't. I went back to have her try and straighten out he sides but she still insisted it was fine. She did finally try and even it out with you guessed it was worse than the first time. I complained to the company and you guessed it again. No refund. If you are smart you will never step foot in a Smart Styles again either.
