My nephew subscribed to a website supported by Smartcall without my concern.
I received an sms that R20 was deducted from my account as that site charges R20 a day.
I sms's for them to unsubscribe me the same day, that was on the 7th of June 2011. On the 8th of June 2011 another R20 was deducted from my account once again. When I called the Call Centre I was sent from pillar to post and the Manager - Alicia Jonker refused to speak to me. The service was horrible all in all and I do not want to ever deal with SMART CALL ever again.
Their are a bunch of CROOKS and they are RUDE.
