Ordered a Logitech G13 from their site which was stated as in stock.
However after I pay for the item, I get sent an email saying it was not in stock and have to wait until april 26, a full month, for it to be shipped. Not received, but shipped. Then they charge my debit card for the item when policy states that they charge when the item ordered is shipped.
*Strike one: False Advertising (That's not even half the story)
Then I get a notice saying I'm signed up with some site called BestBrandValues which after some Googling around find out that it's a site tied with questionable business practices. I called into their customer service immediately and I tell the woman on the other end that I was signed up to this site without my consent and would like to have my membership cancelled. She condescendingly points out that the smart game shopper is affiliated with BBV and it's displayed in the agreement when transactions are made.
**Strike Two: The customer is always wrong and an idiot mentality that she so blatantly displayed.
========THIS IS THE KICKER==========
I write a review on the SGS site warning all potential shoppers. Big Whoop.
However, I get a text message from my bank the next morning that someone had drawn out large sums of money from my savings account. $280.90 to be exact before they shut it down. I'm not one to violate an ad hoc fallacy but coincidence? I definitely do not. Reasons being I never use my debit card outside of ATMs affliated with only my bank or Amazon.com(not any suggested sites) because your spending habits can be tracked by the bank and sold as marketing info. This was the only exception, that and maybe burger king earlier this month. Now I'm in the middle of a frauds claim, fuck my life and fuck BBV and all it's affiliates. If I find they took my money and they are located in the US, they better get out of the country fast.
