	jdramage1 March 23, 2011 fee charged for no service I am being charged $9.95 a month for a service I did not knowingly sign up for. Apparently I incurred it when I orded a book through DBS Books off the Amazon site. I didn't notice the charge until recently. I would never sign up for this service, whatever it might be.
	midwestbill March 25, 2009 hidden feess i went online to buy a dvd .found the one i like costed was 9.36 next thing i new i was charged 29.95 plus 9.36 plus 1.00 for this dvd only to find out it was for "memership" in their company no where did it say memership was needed to buy the dvd i am hoping they refund my 29.95 back to my credit card

	Pat Stenson January 31, 2009 unauthorized charges Two charges were put on my credit card without my authorization. This is illegal.
	Kay December 23, 2008 charged my account w/o authorization I ordered a movie for under $10.00 only. I did not sign up for any membership or authorize any other charges. For the last 3 months I have noticed charges for $29.95 and $1.00. I have tried contacting by phone, but only get a recording that customer service is experience a heavy volume of calls and please leave a number and they will return your call.
