After 10 days the price jumped to $92.40
When the screen pop up it reviled an add for a free trail size of teeth whitener. I only had to pay s/h. So, when I got to the last page to put my order in I didn't see the 10 days trail. After 10 days the price jumped to $92.40. And the 10 days started when they mailed the product to you. I called and was told I could not send the product back (no refund). I then canceled any future orders, got a confirmation on my e-mail and 2 weeks later they sent another package in the mail.

fraudulent charges
Smile Brite is the WORST company I've ever done business with -- I have called three times and still been unable to stop shipments/billings from them. I have to cancel my card instead. Meantime, I am on the hook for each of the " shipments" sent... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!

smile brite
I ordered their FREE teeth whitening kit months and months ago. After reading the ingredients, I never tried any of it and didn't ever plan to. This was suppose to be sent to me ONCE but they have sent 2 packages EVERY few weeks and it is a major waste of time and energy on everyones part. PLEASE STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM BEING SO DELIBERATELY FORWARD AND PUSHY... And of course there is not phone number in with any of the packages so I can not even speak with the imbesals. Thank you.

unauthorized charges & no refund
When i realized my trial turned into a $86.93product, I called to cancel it. I got it cancelled but they had sent out another one and charged me another $86.93. I got a return authorization # and sent them back both products. They have confirmed that they received my package, AND that I had to send them back in two different packages to get refund for both of them. Because I can't prove that there were 2 in the box, they are keeping my money! They will not let me talk to anyone further than the person i get on the phone and each time i call each of their processes have 10 days. 10 days to notify billing. 10 days for billing to do something. 10 days after they credit my account before my bank will get it. In their instructions, they did not tell me they had to be sent back separately. They will let me talk to NO ONE and still no refund to my bank account. Because i did this trial and SB Brite, my bank account became overdrawn before i caught it and I had $275 worth of insufficient funds! It's been well over 30 days and they are still giving me the run around.

i received a bogus phone # and could not get ahold of anybody to cancel. Also they are charging my card 92.37 and im not getting any products in the mail. major scam. i guess you live and learn

withdraw money from bank account
withdrawn a total of $174.00 without permisson from my credit card for two purchases not made. Had ordered a free sample and just paid shipping $1.95.They would not let me speak to a supervisor, said they would say the same stuff and then had hung up the phone on me...huh christmas time now and told them they had took my christmas money now no santa for my daughter this year...they didnt say anything no heart these people...

I ordered the free trial of Smile Brite on 10/29/2009 and received it on Nov. 4th. I cancelled it by phone on Nov. 10th, as I had no visible results. ON 12/7/09 they debited by checking account for $86.93 and I called them to get my money back as I had cancelled this on time. They told me I had never cancelled and that they sent a shipment out on 12/1/09. They told me I could not refuse it, I had to accept it, and then reship at my expense with a return # on the front of the box, along with tracking and insurance!
Once they received the product back...then and only then would I get a refund. I checked my account again today as I am a 50 year old disabled person and this $86.93 could cause checks to bounce, and I find that yesterday 12/11/09 they deducted another $86.93 from my account! I did not receive any shipment from them. (When I first ordered this free trial it took only 6 dys until I received it), I don't believe I will get any package to send back for any refund. It had only been 4 days since the last deduction and 2 days since I spoke to them. Of course they are closed today and I have to wait until tomorrow to call back. I believe that I am screwed for my $173.86, ( and now it is certain that checks will bounce), and I now see no one else is getting any satisfaction. Tomorrow I will cancel my debit card! I will call them too and demand my money back, but I don't beleive I will be receiving it!

over charge credit card
I was sent a free sample of smile brite.Then I received my credit card reprt to find out smile brite has made two withdrawals against my card. one for $86.93 on 12-4-09 and anouther one on 12-7-09 for $34.00 I would like to have my money put back to my account Immediately and to be notified as soon as it's done.

ORDERED A FREE SAMPLE OF THE PRODUCT WITH SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES OF ABOUT $2.30 ON ABOUT 11/12/09. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FREE SAMPLE BUT WAS CHARGED $86.93 AS OF12/3/09.
