Tooth Whitener
I requested a FREE sample from Smile Brite and have been on the list for several months. Each month I receive the product that I did not order and do not want.

Free trial scam/fraud
My complaint is the same as all the others with this company. They're stealing money from our bank accounts. They're scammers/frauders and need to be prosecuted and sent to jail, let alone to pay back all the money they stole from the poor people they stole from.
They give you 10 days trial but on day nine charged my debit for $92.31 and they don't tell you the trial starts from the day you order their crap. Of course by the time you get it in the mail 5 days have already passed. When you try to return/cancel they give you a hard time. I ret'd the product via overnight mail and they said it'd take 30 days for a refund. I waited the 30 days, called them and they said the refund was denied cuz the OUTER plastic bag was opened, but, the inner bags with the actual products inside were not. They told me the outer bag was sealed cuz the inner bags were zip-lock bags. THIS WAS A LIE!!! So, not only did they get my $92.31, they got me for the first S&H charges, plus I had to pay $26.07 tu UPS to return. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THERE HEARTLESS, RUTHLESS PEOPLE!!! I even called to tell them they stole money from me and called them scammers and they said they didn't think they were. We need to find a way to get our monies back. I'm thinking a class-action lawsuit, the media and my lawyer!! This also came at a very bad time cuz my husband lost his job and I'm the sole supporter of our family. We have to live p aycheck to paycheck so the day the withdrew that money it left my bank account empty and I had no m oney for food, gas and other necciesties until my next paycheck. I"M SOOOOOO ANGRY!!!

Dazzle Smile gave me a refund or unauthorized charges but Smile Brite will not. I did exactly as the instructions said to do and they said I was 5 days late returning. They are keeping the new/unused product and keeping my $92.37. It is horrible what they are doing. Everyone needs to file complaints against this company to stop this. They are very misleading and they are stealing people's money.

Refuse to refund
I just got off the phone with a rep and a supervisor. I followed their instructions and returned my product unopened as told by operator. I have been waiting for a refund of almost $100.00. They told me that because my product was returned 5 days late I was not getting a refund. So I have no product and I am now out $100.00. Something needs to be done about this company. This is soooo misleading and it is theft. I went through the same thing with Dazzle Smile and when I was on the phone with their reps, they confirmed receipt of my returned product and said I would receive a refund in 5-6 business days. Smile Brite is ripping families off. Something has to be done about this company. I am a mom and times are tough and I cannot believe this company is keeping the product and my money. Is there anything I can do? Is there anything any of us can do? Please help. I saw the charges before I got the product so it took a while to realize what the charges were for and when I realized what is was and got all the return information, it was tooooo late for a refund? What a scam. This is terrible.

Fraud
RE: "Smile Brite" teethe whitening product. I ordered a sample online of their teeth whitening product which I received. I authorized a small payment for shipping and handling, less than $10.00. Today I was alerted by a strange phone call about possible fraud concerning this product. It seems that unknowingly signed up for the product at a charge of $92.37. In the fine print on the terms and conditions it authorizes Smile Brite to charge my account with that amount. "Bank of America" contacted the "Small Brite" rep, and kept me on the line to talk to them. The rep refused to remove the charges and the B of A rep said it was legal. I told them I would protest the charges. I ask them both to remove the charges because they were illegal. After I hung the phone up< I thought>>> Bank of America had the phone number handy, she knew who to call. So, B of A does not care either. I have seen this type of thing on the "Internet" but thought it could not happen to me. "Smile Brite" and "Dazzle Smile" are in it together and the credit card companys are letting them do it. What else can be done? W.T. Mefford

SCAM
Do NOT order anything from this company. Totally fraud and ripped me off $92 for a product that didn't work. I have a very sensitive gum, and this application makes my gum so sore that I could not bear to let it set for over one minute in my mouth. They refused for reimburse me the refund, because I have already used the product twice. Never BUY from again...big disappointment!

Deceptive Advertising
On October 2nd I asked for a free Trial of the Smile Brite product and was charged $1.95.
I got no confirmation number or email but it states that it is a trial. I received the package
sometime last week with two vials of cleaner. I tried it this week saw (Oct12th) do not like
it now I am cancelling they said 10 days has passed and charged me $92.37 for the trial.

10 Days from the Order is their policy and apparently includes weekends. I told them
they are deceptive in their advertising and they did not seem perturbed. Said I can
only return the item without using it. My response is how do I try a trial of 2 things
without using it??? Totally thieves.

Repeat charges to card
This company keeps changing their name in order to keep taking money. What started out as Make Google Cash is getting changed to something completely different. I cancelled back in July and they keep changing the name and claiming that I signed up for it, which is not at all true. What I signed up for was the trial period of Making Google Cash, not products to clean my teeth. They are hoping that each and everyone of us never catch it on our credit card statements, so they can continue to keep playing their scam. There is no trial period of anything, because by the time it arrives at your house, the supposed trial period has already ended. Than, they keep charging your card without sending you any product. What's up with that?

I am not affiliated with this company in any way and pity those who can honestly walk into their job everyday and be thrilled to be working for such a company that has to be so deceptive to get customers. Can you really feel good about what you are doing to people every day? Your guilty conscious must work overtime and your head must hurt all the time.

All I can say, is I hope this company and every company associated with it, gets put out of business. Shame on you for being so unethical and so deceptive. You know exactly what kind of scam you are pulling and you are very proud of yourself. Those of you who insist it is not a scam, should go back and look at how many items you have paid for, that you never got.

They won't refund any money, because they say you knew. How can you know when they keep changing their names? Where is the states attorney to put this company and it's subsideraries out of business? If you haven't gotten scammed by this company, count your blessings and donate the same cash to a very needy charity in your own community, definitely not in UT. If you have gotten scammed by this company, let your voice be heard. Share your story and tell everyone. This company has got to get the message that what they are doing is wrong.

Misleading Ad
I just want everybody to know that the sample they are referring to during the trial period will cost you $92.37 if you do not cancel within 10 days FROM THE DATE YOU PLACED THE ORDER. Please keep in mind that it will take 3-4 days to ship the product to you and by the time you get it you have 6 days left to try it. It better work for you, otherwise that is all you are getting for $92.37 should you not cancel within the alloted 10 days. Their sample is actually what you will be getting (5 days worth) every month thereafter.
