I also was lured in by this deception. I found the ad on FB as well...got the trial just a few days into the 10 day trial period. Bank account was charged. I called got RMA # returned product was signed for and received within 2 days. Was told that would receive refund within 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and went no refund. Then called back was told would be in account early the next week. Next week come no refund. I then once again called and was told that I was a liar, that I didn't speak to a certain person even though I had dates, times and names...and that I was NOT going to get any refund PERIOD...so another sorry sucker...that has come to learn that you cannot trust online purchases because of companies like SMILE BRITE...I will do everything within my limits to warn everyone about the promises made but always given excuses why refund cannot be returned...it is sad that companies have to scam people out of there hard earned money because their product is not good enough that consumers would want to continue with using their products because it is a good product...but the result actually is that you tick consumers off and therefore they don't want anything to do with the product or the company. What a sad world it has become because of situations like this. I will also being posting on as many internet sites as possible to warn others of this scam. It will not do any good to try to resolve anything with this company because there excuses changes like the wind, with every conversation.

I have been trying to cancel but the phone number provided for this purpose goes unanswered or if answered automatically disconnects after approximately 30 seconds. I can not reach any one to cancel. This is during the trial period and my bank card has already been charged $92.00. Live and learn.

I live in Harlingen, Texas and saw an ad about Smile Brite and I was asked to pay only shipping and handling--but was told to order another product as they work good together it was from Dazzle White and pay only S&H as well. I canceled my membership and was billed on my debit $85.37 twice--I have no product. I went to pay my credit card and found out I was charged $58.76 as well from Dazzle White no product either. After 3 weeks I received a package from one of the above companies (they don't have a name on the package) and I returned the package to sender. I called Smile Brite and they said since it was 40 days later they could not give me credit. The package was returned to them 3 days after I recieved the product and they told me the factory was in a different area and they could not refund me the $170.74 or $58.76--I am out this money and have no product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COMPANIES THEY ARE A SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!
