When i realized my trial turned into a $78.95 product, I called to cancel it. I got it cancelled but they had sent out another one and charged me $82.90. I got a return authorization # and sent them back both products. They have confirmed that they received my products and say they have already credited my bank account, which they have not, AND that I had to send them back in two different packages to get refund for both of them. Because I can't prove that there were 2 in the box, they are keeping my money! They will not let me talk to anyone further than the person i get on the phone and each time i call each of their processes have 10 days. 10 days to notify billing. 10 days for billing to do something. 10 days after they credit my account before my bank will get it. In their instructions, they did not tell me they had to be sent back separately. They will let me talk to NO ONE.
