IT IS A SCAM!
BEWARE of this company's practices. I thought I was receiving a FREE sample trial kit of this product. As it turns out after 10 days they withdrew $92.37 from my bank account. I contacted this company and they are some sort of "fly by night" operation. Apparently, the $92.37 is for "home delivery" and they would not give me a refund. The people are very rude and discourteous. Please think and think again before purchasing this product...don't be a victim of SmileBrite!!

THEFT BY FRAUD
I got caught up in a sales scam in a big way!
I am a 50 year old 100% disabled Veteran on disability as my only source of income. I was reading an article attached to CNN or something like that about a housewife who had found this GREAT way to whiten your smile for little or no expense. By getting these "free" samples of 2 different products and using them in conjunction with each other, the results were amazing! all you had to do was sign up for the free samples and pay the small shipping fee of $1.97 for each one than when you received them cancel them within 10 days. When I got the products I actually gave them an honest try and within a week saw no difference.
( they guarantee noticable results within 6 days.) I sent e-mails to both companies the same day cancelling them ( I know it was day 7)
The one company wrote back with a cancellation verification and removed any charges they may have submitted. I did not hear anything back from this "SmileBrite".
SmileBrite, I guess has a 40 day cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within the 40 days allowed you can not get any refunds on anything they have gotten a payment on. I ordered these free sample products on June 7th 2009. I cancelled them by E-Mail on June 17th 2009. I did not hear a word from "SmileBrite until August 8th 2009 when I received a package in the mail with no company or product name on the outside. I assumed it was one of the items I ordered through E-Bay and opened it. Much to my surprise it was "SmileBrite".
I immediately tried to track down a phone number for them and finally had to open the box to get the paper out of it so I could get the number. I called it and of course it was closed on weekends. I called them "SmileBrite" first thing this morning August 10th 2009. I spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with a supervisor named "Philip" explaining (arguing, begging, pleading whatever I could do) trying to get this issue resolved. Philip stated it was against their policy to give refunds after 40 days. I asked him ; why if this is supposed to be a monthly supply, didn't they send anything the first part of July? Instead they sent 2 orders of their product within 3 days of each other August 4th and August 7th 2009 (shipping dates as per Philip) charging me $85 plus change for each one and also $85 plus change for the "FREE SAMPLE" to the tune of $255 plus... If they had sent one in July, I could have cancelled than, saving me all of this and getting my cancellation in within the 40 day limit. This would have allowed my to be eligable to get my refunds without "Breaking Policy".
I think that this is about as crooked as it gets!!! This is certainly unethical and someone needs to stop these kind of people!!!
If there is a class action law suit starting on this company I definately want in!!! I would also like some responses telling me who else I can write to! I will be contacting BBB of course and my Bank. I want these people and ones like them punished to the fullest extent of the law for all the innocent people they swindle!!
Thanks for reading and hopefully responding!
Sincerely yours,

Charged after cancellation
I ordered product for cost of shipping. Then I cancelled My call future orders. My credit card was charged for an order. I called the company a total of 5 different times. Another order was charged to my account. I have been able to get one credit but today I was told that they couldn't do anything about the first order. Three other people I talked to said it was an error and would be taken care of. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they could not give me a name, but that someone would call me within 24 hrs. and identify himself.
What kind of business is that? Sounds like a scam to me!

credit card scam
I saw ad on FB for free trail offer for this product. Also suggested you use DazzleWhite along with SmileBrite. Ad stated you only pay shipping because you were being asked to use the product in this trail offer for your results and could be used to do a testimonial. I ordered both and in 10 days my credit card was charged $92 dollars and change. I called SmileBrite and they said they could not refund my money and I should have in other words read the fine print. DazzleWhite rep. stated if I sent the product back they would refund the $50 some dollars that I soon would be charged. If I sounds to good to be true it is. I can't believe I let this happen to me. I am going to call the bank to see if there is anything I can do to get my money back. Sometimes they will work with you. Beware of the companies.
