I received the package for "SmileWhites Pro" three days after the free trial ended. In the small print of the sheet that accompanies the order receipt it states that you have signed up for a membership at a price of $60/month including S&H. It then tells you that you can cancel your membership by going to: www.smilewhitespro.com and click on the "Customer Service" button...The web site is defunct. I will now have to dispute this through my credit card company.

What can I say, but: SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

I had unauthorized transaction in my card and I called them to cancel since I never got their product and wanted to make sure that they didn't charge me . Well sure enough, I was charged $55.95 + 3.95 shipping and now my car insurance is late because of all the overdrafts and NFS charges. I am not happy how this company goes about making money and they don't seem to care what they are doing . I had to cancel my cardalso till all of this is straighten out and in the mean time, I am late with other payts. I have other charges from other merchants but I have written complaints to them also ! I am out of alot more than just what you took me for and I have dealt with them Also. I hope you will make sure that this people keep my money because all of this has cost me a big headache!
