Business has a D rating from the BBB.It also has 42 complaints against it from the BBB.Consumers should know that.I was a loyal customer for several years(They monitor security systems).I soon discovered that they were happy to take my money every month, but when I needed them to provide repair work, they were unable to do that.I switched to AT&T uverse which required installing a cell unit. I talked to several people at the company and made it clear what my problem was. I had to wait over 2 1/2 weeks to get someone out here to fix it.No one at the company bothered to tell the serviceman what the problem was.He did not come out here prepared to do the work.The serviceman told me there would be no charge for the service call since it was the company's fault he could not do the work. The company turned around and charged me $80.00 for services they did not provide.I would suggest to all consumers to find another company to do business with who values loyal customers.Besides all that, the serviceman that came out has his own business of installing and monitoring burgler alarms and gave me a quote from his business, which I thought was unprofessional. In addition I found it a problem to deal with the company in general the employees do not return phone calls or it takes them days to get back to you. The employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favor by talking to you.When I filed a complaint against them with the BBB-part of what I wanted was to talk to someone other than the snotty billing manager--They refused to do that simple thing.
