I ordered a vacuum part. Website closed, no product received. Have paid.

Both pages return this message: ERROR: The store you are trying to access has been canceled
The order was placed on Dec. 16, 2010
The amount drawn on my credit card was 31.98
When I Google Earth the address it shows a private residence in a nice neighborhood.
This appears to be a scam and I'd like to know what to do.
