Never Received Parts

I ordered several Kirby parts on April 8, 2010. $43.96 was deducted from my bank account on April 12, 2010. On April 22 I received an email from Bud Stevensons stating that their servers were down and if I wanted a refund to reply, if not my order would be processed.

Today is June 10 and I have not received my parts. I have emailed several times for my parts or a refund with no reply at all. I phoned the number on the website, 972-767-7564 which says the servers are down and to email and it gives the address. Which I did with no reply. I called the reference phone number on my debit card statement, 214-705-1430 which is registered to a Gary Camp. The number is disconnected.

BEWARE: SMITTY G's VACUUM STORE, SMITTY'S VACUUM STORE AND KIRBYPARTSHOP.COM ARE A RIP OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
