account charged-no merchandise

I agreed to the trial offer of 9.95 which I never received but was charged for. Then my account was charged an additional 89.95 and still no merchandise. What a rip off! I am reporting this scam to the Better Business Bureau. Something must be done about online FRAUD!

billed for product that was never received

I ordered a starter kit for this electronic cigarette. My card was billed for 9.95...I haven't received the kit and now I have been billed 29.95 today. I have sent several emails to the company and have not received any reply. The phone number for the company is a recording that says to contact them through the website. and of course there is no reply from the emails sent on the website. This is a scam and a fraud...do not order from this company.
