Same complaint as everyone else, purchased for $9.95, got charged another $119.90. Got a return authorization, cannot get my refund. Seems TransFirst Merchant Services was the credit card processor they no longer work with Smoke Anywhere (Smoke51). I tried calling Smoke anywhere after waiting 7 minutes to speak to someone I got a recording to go to their website, which I cannot locate. I received a letter stating it is a Charge back authorization form, asking for my credit card number again. I contacted my credit card they can't seem to help but recommended I do not send my number to Smoke51 as they already should have it. The letter also recommends I contact Transfirst Merchant Services, I called they told me the same thing, don't send the letter back. The numbers for faster services are Transfirst Merchant Services and they are not the ones to contact for the refund it has to come from Smoke Anywhere USA who you cannot contact. The web site they gave me to contact them was said so fast I am not sure I wrote it down correctly and when I went there, it seems it is gentlemens clubs. Just what I need more junk mail.

I ordered for free e cig plus $9, 95 few weeks ago and never receive it. I was shocked how they stole $89.95 then $28.95 from my debit card after I ordered other for smoke everywhere as it withdrew $9.95 already too without mailing out to here first. BOTJ are crooked...very scam... MUST alert others also warn others too.

This company charged me 9.95 for trial period. I went on-line to get an RMA # and they never even sent me an e-mail---just a copy of my e-mails to them. I e-mailed them 5 dif. x's!!! To NO AVAIL.
The products they sent me have NO invoice or any papers w/ them! I have no proof of anything except of their charges of 9.95, 85.95 and 28.95 something like this.
I called my credit card co. and now they're sending me papers to fill out for this problem. I changed my card # also to avoid any more charges.
I noticed a couple of other people on here complaining the same exact prob. w/ the same company.
I hope some one gets thes fraud schemers and we can get our $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ back and they get some fines for fraud if not more.
