COMPANY MERGE
Issues with authorizations, charging customers without product, sending the chineese cartridges that cost under a buck for $80, a shipping department with only 5-10 employees, waiting months for refunds. The list goes on... shipping out used returns, crappy service, all of the people in sales sound like drugdealers off the street and all the people customer service sound lke burnouts! False advertising, getting accidently charged upto 5 times in a day?!
Watch out for this company.. and a possible name change?
They think they can throw you off by changing their name to SMOKE90 and merging with a company that maybe has a little more self-respect... I somehow doubt it...
I probably didn't even need to post this though... anyone smart enough to investigate before they buy would notice that the testimonials on smoke90.com are all about smoke assassin...

product never worked tried to charge for repair part
Electric cigarrette. Order per radio advertisement. Special price if you ordered 3 months worth of cartridges with a sign up for x number of cartridges a month there after, cancel at anytime once you received the electric cigarrette.
odered on the 4th of Dec. received product on the 13th of Jan. The product didn't work. I called customer service on January 13th. They said they would send a new battery out the next day I'd have it in 5 to 7 days. Gave me an RMA and told me I could return the bad battery when i received the good one. Never got it. Called today and was told I had to pay $10 for a new battery because it has now been more than 30 days! The unit had never worked! Total rip off. I refused to pay. Now I have a unit that I cant use.

Crooks
I ordered the product, they say it took 1 month to receive it and I didn't like it so I sent it back the same week. It's supposed to have a 30 day return/refund policy. They recieived the product 2 weeks ago, I know because I have delivery confirmation. So I call to see why my refund hasn't posted yet and they tell me the refund departments computers crashed and they can't do refunds right now. I have never heard such crap like this ever! This company is a fraud and they should not be able to get away with what they are doing. Please don't deal with them save yourself the trouble, because they ate trouble with a capital T!

failing to stop auto ship of additional cartridges
ordered "free offer" for cost of shipping/handling. Product worked briefly...but not when changed first cartridge. Have signed me up for other discount programs when I told them no...also told them I didn't want extra cartridges, but guy said only four with trial, so ordered some add'l. Asked not to be placed on auto ship type program, they did it anyway...still working on those people.
Will have to change my cc # to stop them.
do not order any free trial anything...that is my advice for others.

FALSE ADVERTISING - SCAM
DO NOT BUY THIS, IF YOU HEAR A RADIO SPOT OR SEE AN AD ONLINE, DO NOT BUY!!! I have called 5 times to get a refund for something I have never received. I still have yet to receive a refund, I have been charged 7 separate transactions from affiliated companies they sell your information to. THIS IS A SCAM!!! It is so bad now, I have had to close my bank account down and I am in the process of filing fraudulent charges against them. This is not a company that sells you a product. This is a scam to get your credit card information. They will continue to charge you unless you close your account and file fraud charges against them. REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN!!! I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH, THIS IS A SCAM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED NUMEROUS TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVE A PRODUCT!!!
If you have been fooled by this company, I suggest you close your credit card account NOW and file FRAUD claims against this company, check your statements too because some of the charges they are charging are for $1.95, $2.95, $16.95 and $24.95. Each charge has a different company name with an 800 # following it!
I can't say it enough, this is a SCAM, you will spend weeks trying to recoup from this SCAM!!!

rip off
I ordered smoke assassin it took a over a month to get with the run around when talking to them also very rude then when I got it it worked for 10 min and went dead.I charged it and has not worked sence. This product is a rip off and a scam a lot of money for nothing.I wish I lived in the state they are from so I could talk to them in person.they would not like a visit from me. Do not get this product nothing but a waste of money time and naturally colored hair.I hate snoke assassin!

Non-delivery of product
Placed an order for $169.90 on 11/03/09. Payment posted to my bank account on 11/09/09. Haven't received product yet - phone attempts to resolve delivery problem listed below:
11/24/09 Was told it would take 4-6 weeks to process on-line orders.
12/04/09 Talked to Brian. Was told I didn't enter address on correct lines on computer - this is nonsense because the order confirmation I received had everything correct. Then tried to say they hadn't received payment - backed off that comment when I told him payment was drawn out of my account on 11/09/09. He spoke to manager and said he had processed my order for shipment.
12/14/09 Still have not received. Was told it was shipped on 12/04/09 and to give it a few more days.
12/16/09 Still have not received. Spoke to Krista. Was told previous info sent to shipment had been entered incorrectly by their employee. She told me she was processing my order for UPS delivery and package would go out the next day (Thursday, 12/17/09). Supervisor on duty was Casey.
12/21/09 Still have not received. Called and was told it was shipped out on Friday, 12/18/09 and should arrive on 12/22/09.
12/22/09 DID NOT RECEIVE PACKAGE. Called - was hung up on twice. Third call spoke to Danielle (supervisor on duty Becky). Was told package was being shipped 12/22/09 - gave UPS tracking number.
DEMAND PROOF OF SHIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY EARLY IN THE PROCESS IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ON TIME.

I did not receive the product.
I ordered the smoke assassin in mid November, got talked into ordering a free trial membership of Leisure Living. All kinds of Leisure Living stuff started coming within days of my order. On December 8, 2009, I called looking for my smoke assassin. I was told it shipped on November 25, 2009. Today, December 17, 2009, I called again looking for my smoke assassin. Boy was I given a story. The gentleman said the product comes from China and was held up in transport because there was a high terrorist alert. Customs had to go through everything before it could be released. No one at the company, including the shipping department knew about this, so all the shipping labels were printed and that is why it looked like my product was shipped. The company is working on getting the back orders out, so my order never shipped. I told him to cancel this and I want it credited to my card. He told me to give it about 5 days. We will see.

Fraud
I was ripped off as were many others by this scam operation. I did report it to the Maine Attorney Generals office. Haven't heard back for them yet. These people are nothing short of thieves. Never get involved with them because you have no recourse. My attorney says unless they have assets in your state you have to sue them in Maine which is a waste of time.
