They say, "While we CAN'T say it's a healthy smoke, you do the math(do the math???)... do it for your health..." HUH?
How can you do something that's not healthy for your health?

credit card charged but never received product
My credit card was charges but the product was never received. I called and spoke with customer service several times and was assured the product would be mailed but it never arrived. The last time I called customer service, I was hung up on.
Not a reliable, professional, or a legitimate company.

Like many people complaining about Smoke Assassin, I responded to a radio ad offering a free e-cig with a trial sample of refills for only the cost of S&H ($9.95). I called to try it. They convinced me to add an additional month supply of refill cartridges and charged my account ($79.90). Due to TD Banks migration, it took at least a week for this this charge to actually post (which was on 10/2), but it WAS paid. It's now 11/11 and I still haven't received my product. Every attempt to call their customer service line either results in getting HUNG UP on either by an actual rep OR the system itself, busy signals and/or ridiculous HOLD times where I've just hung up. I've also just found out that they posted another $79.90 charge for more refills (which I'd be surprised if I receive). I've resorted to filing a "Regulation E Form" with my bank to get credit for this undelivered product.

unauthorised credit card charges and does not work
The product did not work at all, I never saw any vapor. Then I was charged again for more cartrages without ever ordering them when I try to call customer service they hang-up on me. I got scamed for 160.00 !

Unreceived replacements
Unfortunately I can't agree with all of your complaints about Smoke Assassin, but I called for a replacement atomizer 3 weeks ago and still havent received it.
I also heard the advertisement for a free starter kit from Smoke Assassin on the radio and thought of a very good friend of mine who used to have an E-cig, and it was stollen from him. So I called up the company.
The first lady who answered, asked me how long I'd been smoking and I responded that I was actually ordering for a friend. Without responding, she immediately transfered me. Kind of rude, but I waived it off since I know these people can be a little edgy.
When the next gentleman answered immediately after I was transfered, I told him I was ordering for a friend and asked why I had been transfered. He explained that when ordering for family/friends, the direct ordering line usually doesn't like to go through the entire 'script' because most people don't want to pay anything if the product isn't for them. I could definitely understand this.
So he asked how much my friend smoked, which I wasn't sure of, so I said maybe 1 1/2 packs a week. He said that my friend didn't sound like a heavy smoker. He offered me a double order of filters for the 69 price because he couldn't change the price for just the one order, but he could change the amount. I thought that was very helpful, so after hearing about the 1.95 for the 'advertisements' (which I always cancel right away anyway), I ordered the product, and agreed to pay 10 for shipping and 69 for the double order of filters (which was a buy 1-get 1 from the rep I spoke with). He also informed me that he would put a notice on the account to only charge me the one time since it was for a friend, and if they liked it, they could call and set up another order.
So I paid 10 for the shipping on the starter kit, 69 for a double order of filters, and 2 for advertisements...sounds good so far, right?!
When we were done exchanging information, he told me that it would take 7-10 business days to recieve the order.
So I decided to look online at reviews and see if it was really worth the money and what people thought of the final results. Everyone who had made comments about scams and not receiving the products had me scared. I considered calling and canceling that day, but decided to ride it out.
I ordered the product on a tuesday and received it that friday.
My friend started using it that friday and on monday he called me up and said that the coil in the atomizer came off in one of the filters. So I called the company and was told that I would receive a replacement in 7-10 business days. I called 2 weeks later and they said usually they would have a tracking number but because of a snow storm their post office services were down but that it had been shipped...I'm still waiting for it 3 weeks later.
So I haven't had troubles with the personnel (other than the first lady I talked to), or fraudulent charges . My only problem is that my friend can't use all the filters I paid for without an atomizer. I'm pretty sure it's gonna be pointless to try and return everything for a refund.

No product shipped, while continuing to take money from my account
I heard the advertisement on my car radio while driving to work one evening, though it sounded good and ordered the product..that was late September 2009. On October 2, 2009 they deducted $79.90 from my checking account, here it is November 6, 2009 and I have yet to receive product, and they are trying to deduct another $79.90 from my checking account. I have called my bank to have them put a stop payment on this, and attempted to call the customer service department at Smoke Assassin, but alas, the line was continually busy...hmmmm, that should be a hint. Anyway, I finally got ahold of a young woman, on their direct line, who told me I needed to call their customer service dept. I told her I had attempted to, the line was continually busy and wanted to talk with someone regarding their fraudulant services. She finally agreed to get all my information and pass it onto a customer service agent, and they would call me back asap. We shall see! I will continue to call this company until I get my previous $79.90 back for products I did not receive.

WORST PRODUCT TO ORDER
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

Never received product
On 9/26/09, I ordered the "Smoke Assassin" product. I paid by credit card of course and was told that I would receive the product within 7-10 business days. It is now 10/29/09 and still have not receive the product. I have called customer service on several occasions and have been told that 1st I should see it by the next Monday, 2nd I was told the same thing but was also told that it was in my town, I asked for a tracking number, the associate that I spoke to said sure hold and i will get that for you, he came back on and told me that the tracking number was blacked out; I should have been smart enough then to ask to talk to a supervisor, I didn't. The 3rd time I called, I again was told that I should receive it by the Tuesday, I told them that I would be calling back if it was not there by that time. On 10/21/09, the next Wednesday, I called and spoke to a "Supervisor" and told him that I wanted a refund since it still had not arrived. I was told that I would see the refund on my credit card within 72 hours. It has now been 168 hours if you take out the weekend and I still have not see a credit on my card. I have now sent a dispute to my credit card company with this same information and I will be expecting this credit to show up soon or I will be calling whom ever I need to to get my money back plus the 17.99% interest that my credit card has been charging me for this bogus purchase.

PUSHY & dishonest sales reps
my hubby heard about FREE trial pack and asked me to check it out.
I looked up website and read it, called number and talked to person and asked about contents of trial pack. He said it contained everythin needfor for about a week of use, and cost was $9.99 for S&H.
I called hubby back and told him, he said go for it.
I called company back to order trial pack, woman answered and said 'what was the offer? I asked are there different ones? She said one offer included BUYING a month's supply of cartridges for $99 to get the FREE trial pack (that offer was on the site 3rd selection down) I said 'no, I was told I can get the trial pack for S&H which included everything neede to try the product for aabout a week. She stated in order to get the FREE trial pack I would have to purchase the 20-cartridge starter pack for $99.
I told her ' I think I'll pass, thank you.'
BUT ~~~
I went back to site and got number for customer service - called and talked to a lady, told her about my experience, and asked her to specify if that was correct.
She told me that the sales floor make a commission on that extra pack, so they push it. SHE got me the FREE Trial Pack for the cost of $9.95 S&H with NO FURTHER cost or charges !
SO ~~~
if this stuff works for my hubby - I will MAKE SURE that if/when I do order product I will do it thru the one person who was HONEST with me so SHE will get commission !

Charge to credit card, no product
I have a charge on my credit card from this company and have never received product. I called the company, complained that I have never received; Kayla stated they have SO MUCH business they are on backorder. I told her to cancel (how much luck I will have I do not know) I heard this on radio station WBBM Chicago 780. I called radio station and a Ron Gleason ( Program Director) stated at first he did not know company, and then after I started to tell him the problem, he " remembered" that they have stopped this company from advertising on their radio station due to so many complaints. Do not order from this company. WBBM stated that they do not check out their advertising partners to make sure they are valid companies.
