First off all of you ordered the same thing? how are all the charges and stories different? first off it works.. second.. its 9.95 shipping and 69.95 for the cartridges.. there is thousands upon thousands of units that go out every day and a sprinkled in few people who leave a complaint from either neglecting to listen to what your ordering or incapable of waiting on hold... my cable company has me on hold for an hour.. so does my cell phone company.. better complain about verizon and time warner... and most importantly back to the first issue, you obviously exagerate because the grand total is 79.90!!! and they will refund you if you ship back the unused portions.. like any other company.. and the comericial doesn't say free shipping.. OH GEE I WONDER HOW I DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE CHARGES WHEN I HEAR WHAT I WANT IN THE COMERICIAL WEATHER ITS FACT OR FICTION!!! the comericial doesnt say free shipping .. and its this companies fault you have poor listening skills.. and the poor people who answer the phones get blamed for bad customer service, how are they going to get through to people who hear only what they want to hear.. like i said before weather its FACT OR FICTION!!! continue smoking america... im sure you send messages to marlboro and camel and everyone else who is contributing to your death.. but the people who make an honest attempt to help you are bad people because of the high popularity of the company you have trouble fixing a problem that happens to like 1 in every 200 people.. but thousands of satisfied people who quit smoking dont mean anything... Will Never Buy
I've read many of these complaints and have decided to not waste my time. I tried a weight loss pill similar to this scam and was charged $95.00 every month after my "free month". Called them 10 times and 2 weeks to cancel, nothing changed. Had to go through my bank to force them to stop taking money from me. So I know how these scams works and thankfully I did my research and won't be wasting my time.

Fraudulent promises and credit card charges
I was promised a free anti-smoking device. I also authorized $79.90 for extra cartridges. I received the extra cartridges, but no device. Moreover, this company continues to bill me again for the original price. Clearly, this is fraud and theft. I want them to cease and desist and refund my money.

Rip Off / BAD COMPANY!
I ordered the Smoke Assassin 30 Day Trial Package Sept. 01, 2009 The deal was supposed to be a Free 30 day trial with a Full Refund if not satisfied and it would take 7-10 business days to receive the product. The Company said they wouldn't charge my credit card for 30 days. After NOT RECEIVING the product by Sept. 17th, I called my Credit card company & they charged the $79.99 the very 1ST day I ordered! I warned my credit card about this co. & that no more charges should be accepted. Still NO PRODUCT received! I called the Smoke Assassin Co. & demanded they refund my money immediately & Not charge one more penny or I would sue them! I did receive a full refund w/in 72 hours. Low & Behold Sept. 24th (24 days after I ordered) I received the product!!! I figured I may as well try it... doesn't even work and there in NO VAPOR at all! BIG SCAM>>>RIP OFF>>>BAD BUSINESS!!!

Unable to cancel
This company is a scam. Everytime I try to call their customer service# at 1-800-604-9575, it is busy. Then when I finally get through and tell them to cancel my orders, they disconnect me. I have been charged now for more than what they said and also I am unable to cancel the monthy re-billing. I am now going to my credit card company to complain.

Horrible Sales Rep
I'm not a huge fan of complaints on blogs and forums and such because I don't feel that anything would get done by posting about it, but I had to say something about this.
I heard about Smoke Assassin and was legitimately intrigued. I called in to find out more information on the free trial, and like many I was not very impressed with the fact that I would have to pay 60-90 dollars more than what they specified in the ad. However, I was still interested. The sales rep that I talked to was very nice and informative...until I said I wanted to call back after checking my account. Now I was seriously interested and really did need to check my account, but the sales rep became angry and started yelling at me when I said I wanted to call back. Saying things like "What you have so much money that you don't know off-hand if you can afford this?" and "It seems to me if you have so little money that you don't know if you can afford a sixty dollar product that you should know how much money you have." After I started to become angry and overall bewildered about why me wanting to simply call back was making him so angry, all I could muster was "...excuse me?" to which he said "Yea I guess no one has ever called you out on lying like that." At this point I had had enough and asked to speak to a supervisor, he replied "Yea sure, you ready?" and then hung up. I called back and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and the girl who answered said, "Well I can transfer you to customer service but there aren't any supervisors here."
Like I said I'm sure this won't accomplish anything but maybe someone will read it while researching the product and be spared a horrible experience.

Never recieved product and over charged
My wife ordered the smoke assissin product. We were told the cost was $39.95. They charged us $79.90. The product never arrived. We called them twice and both dates they said the product should arrive have come and gone. Still no product! Now, after a month, they charged our account again for the $79.90. We called our bank to stop any further charges and filed a fraud complaint.

This product is crap and the people who work for this company need a lesson in customer survice, i also spent over an hr on the phone trying to get a hold of someone. This company suck and are a scam and owe me $160 and i better get it.

free trial
offers free trail, but have to pay shiping and handling that was 9.99. i was fine with that, but it does advertise free shiping n handling. when they gave me the total it was 78.99.
