Over Charged
Ordered Smoke Assist for shipping and handling fees of 9.95 and was billed 99.90 ! No one avail in customer service!

Fraudulant charges
Smoke Assist is a scam. Talked to 6 different people at 4 different phone numbers and no one can give me to the department that has a copy of my recorded order that indicates my free kit for only a shipping and handeling fee of $9.95. But charged $99.90.

charging money illegally
called and ordered the free trial for just the shipping charge of $9.99. They then went and charged my account $99.90 which made the account overdraw and made my bank start charging us with insufficient funds in the amount of $152.00. All we keep in that account is an accurate amount in order to do our banking business so we always know exactly how much to have in the bank account. I called them and they were very rude. I told them to put my money back in our account. Our bank will honor all charges made and then charge us fees in case the account needs more money. We never have to use that service because we always know how much to have in that account. Smoke assist said I had to mail back the product when it came and then it would take 10-14 business days to put the money back in. I told them it did not take them that long to take the money and they had to replace our funds with the overdrawn fees. I then went to my bank and filed a complaint with our Fraud Department with Suntrust Bank. I also then contacted the consumer complaint department with the NC State Attorney Generals office and filed a legal complaint with them. I am awaiting the outcome. I will not let a dishonest company like Smoke Assist screw us over. They lied to us and the TV Ad program should be banned. The product does not last as long as they claim so it will cost a fortune to use this product. If I were to use this thing then it would only last about 10 days and then you have to buy the extra cartridges at $89.00. I was told that the "free trial" would last about 2-3 MONTHS and not 10 days.. I would stay away from these people. This is a good idea for helping to stop smoking if only it really worked and the company people would not lie to customers and falsely charge your bank accounts without your knowledge. I recorded the entire conversation when I ordered the product on my Digital recorder. I love that little thing. I have them recorded and the admit to messing up the order but want to do nothing to pay for thier costly mistake.

Theft
Called for the "free trial offer" Shipping only $9.95. Was charged $99.90. When it came, it did not work. Called customer service, and was told I could keep it for half the price. Said no, sent it back. Can NOT get a refund. Now they are asking for 3 months of my credit card statements!

credit card fraud
My credit should have been charged for $9.95 only instead it was
charged for $99.90 dollars . I have sent the product back return receipt.
No correction has been made on my credit card. Please tell others and
close this company down.

Will not work so i can use it
My name is Lucille i got this smoke aaist on the free trial i got it on 11-2-2010 when i first got it i changed for eight hours it would not work so i called and let them know so they sent ma a other a micro-computer control circuit battery so i tried to change it the same thing happen so they sent me a wall changer and the same thing happen .

not getting refund
DO NOT order this poduct---run as fast as u can!!! i have finally gave up trying to contact customer service and have filed a complaint with the BBB of Conneicut, where hopefully smoke assist is located. All they do is give you the run around and the customer service people are very rude! THIS COMPANY IS ONE BIG SCAM!!! we have been dealing with them trying to get a refund back since Sept it is now Dec. ! They are scamming hard working people. I will continue to pursue this until i get results!! i will get my refund!!!Do Not make the same mistake we made!!!
