DONT EVER TRUST SMOKE ASSIST!

After seeing a thing on the tv about smoke assist i thought, why not give it a try only 19.95 for shipping for the free trail... i call the number, an the phone call was recorded. over an over again i said i will only be charged 19.95 for this correct, they said yes sir. 2 days later i check my mastercard bill, an they charged me 130.54 for there so called free trail, if you ever think they might help you. your wrong, maybe help you go in debt an lose faith in the business world! Really hope by me telling my story it helps to prevent them doing it to someone else.

Smoke Assist Scam
These people are running a scam! Do NOT order anything form them EVER. I called after hearing a commercial on the radio for a special to get it for free, the only thing you were required to pay was the shipping & handling. Or so they said...He told me that it would cost $70 ish, so I said no I didn't want it. They called the next day & asked why I didn't order & I told them that was too much money and I didn't want to spend that much. Then they said well we can let you have it for free except the shipping & handling. I recieved the package in the mail, and all was good. There was only a $9.95 charge on my account. They started calling all the time asking for my card number to confirm and blah blah. And I, not thinking, would give it to them. They said it was to recieve a $100 gas card, which I never got. Random charges kept poping up on my account. I called them to cancel my membership and everything connected to that & they said okay thats fine. I also asked them to take all the random charges off. They put them back in my account, but them turned aroung and took them right back out! I called again & the man said he could't help me, but said he would have the people who could call me back. I said no, give me the number so I can call them. He gave me a number & I called it. It was a disconnected number. Those crooks kept taking unauthorized charges out, so finally I had to kill my card, and get a new one. I don't want anyone else to have to go through that horrible experience so please, do not contact them ever.

Will not honor there refund
My husband called and orderd Smoke Assist in April. He was told that he had a 60 day trial and that if he didn't like it, he could return it for a full refund minus S&H. He thought it was too heavy and didn't like it so he called Smoke Assist and they gave him a confirmation number to return it for his refund, this was in May. I took it to the US Post offfice right away and did a confirmation of receipt on the return package. Then we received and were charged for 59.95 plus S&H for replacement cartridges. He called and they told him to send those back for a refund. I then took the cartridges and paid for another US postal confirmation of receipt. About a month or so went by and my checking account was refunded but only for the cartridges, 59.95 minus S&H. Still no refund for the 79.95 which was returned before the cartridges. My husband called them and they said that he would be getting the refund that next week and that if he has further questions, it would be better to email them. Another couple of weeks went by and no refund. I then emailed the company asking why this hasn't been refunded and included the US postal confirmation number of them receiving the Smoke Assist product back well within the 60 day trial period. They sent back me an email stating that all the refunds have been applied. I then emailed them again that this is incorrect and gave them the story of the returns with both confirmation numbers for the returns. They never responded in 2 weeks so I replied again in an email that I was never informed of why my refund hasn't been refunded to me. They just sent another email to me stating that they have lost my order and that I needed to give them my address again and they would look into it. This wasn't an order, IT WAS MY REFUND!!! I still yet to see my refund. I'm NOT happy. They keep avoiding me. Don't try this product!!!

Scam
I ordered Smoke Assist for my wife. It took 1 to 1/2 months to arrive. A month later I was sent more filters that I hadn't ordered and charged again. I complained and they promised to refund the money and not send any more. A month later I was sent more and charged again. When I complained they told me I had agreed to automatic shipments. That was a lie. I've complained to the Credit Card company and if they don't cancel and refund all my charges, then I'll cancel my card to assure these crooks don't get anymore money from me.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM ARTIST
i was trying to help my husband out, he was interested in this product. i was will to try it out for free + s/h, i was promised many times that it would only be 19.95 s/h - the only thing i agreed to. come to find out i was charged $90. when i called to complain and ask to get my money returned the customer service rep had NOTHING to say to defend it's self, just told me to return it and i'd get full refund. after receving the product my husband decided to try it out b/c you have 30 days to try it out and return if not satisfied. he tried it, and came to find out that the chemical used in the mist is DEADLY. he stop using it and sent it back for return. he was told upon receiving the product it would take 7 business days to receive a refund of 79.95...not the 90.00 (minus s/h). the product was received on 5/3, i call to see if its received on 5/10, it was received and just through my call is it being processed for refund (if i would not have called they very well may not have proccessed for refund). then i'm told it can take up to 30 days to get my money back. 30 DAYS, i was told 7, she tells me oh that wrong.
it is sad that a company is trying to push a product and deceives the public into think that 1. their product is good 2. that they will receive through a trail period and 3. that their customer service STINKS.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. i will continue to spread the word.

Did Not Refund My Money
Heard about it on the radio, called in my order, received the product, did not like it and had no problem getting return info but now I am not getting my refund. Anyone know the customer service number for this outfit??

advertised a free product trial, but charge the credit card extra $79.95 on top of the excessive shipping charges
When I called they said that it's not free, but the other order could have been free, yet they will not refund the shipping.

Never Delievered, No Customer Service
THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF IN MY LIFE!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED THE PRODUCT AND STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME BETWEEN 5 TO 7 WEEKS. I HAVE BEEN CHECKING THE MAILBOX EVERYDAY SINCE I ORDERED IT BECAUSE I WAS VERY EXCITED TO GET IT UNTIL I REALIZED IT NEVER WILL COME...THIS IS BULL-SHIT. WHEN I TRY TO "TRACK MY ORDER" ON THEIR SITE, IT SAYS THE STATUS IS "SOFT". WHAT IN THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
