I purchased the Prado Electric Cigarette for $20.00 plus shipping and handling and $9.00 was for the silver cases I ordered. Then a $149.00 Charge showed up on my credit card and Capitol One checked it out and the charge was for Refills! I never ordered Refills. Nor did I authorize them to charge my credit card for $149.00 dollars. I have been looking on the internet to find an address or a phone nuber to call them so I can send the refills back and they can REFUND my money!
