i was also charged 9.95 for a free trial and then they also took 89.95 from my account i did not authorized this tranaction i caught this last transaction of 89.95 before the bank gave the money to them it was pending i ask the bank to stop payment and my bank said that they could not stop payment because it was pending i had to stop payment before they presented the transaction that did not make any since how was i to know this ahead of time? it was pending for 5 days my bank is at fault on this and now the bank said they see no error and they want the 89.95 back i'm fighting this all the way i feel the bank had all the power to stop payment after i told them i couldn't get intouch with them and they would not answer the phones and faxing didn't work eighter someone needs to help us we were robbed i had to cancel my dedit card to keep them out of my account after i did that they tried to take 29.95 the bank told me this i said see i did not authorize this it's a good thing i canceled my card. i went on line and filed a report with RIPOFF REPORT the more people who file a report with ripoff report the better our chanches are of these people being stoped. they need to be arrested and put away they've been doing this sence 2007. please some one HELP HELP help us.
