For the past few years I have been ordering cigarettes from a website named Smokerdeals.com with no problems until Nov. 2010. I did not receive my order. The company promised me a refund. I still have not received it. I also placed 2 more orders for cigarettes and never received them either.I have sent numerous e-mails and they keep saying that they will refund my money, but they don't do it.
