If you plan on ordering from Smokers Savior, plan on waiting weeks to get your product if ever. Oh they will try to push u into buying tons of extras and charge your credit card the day u order. But when it doesnt come, u get to call the rude teenage customer service crew led by Jen. Who, by the way, has no boss. So you cant report her lack of customer service skills and failure to properly train her teenage customer unservice crew. They will hang up on you(Christine), lie to you (Jessica) and give u the runaround (Jen). Forget sincerity and professionalism. Jen actually said "we dont know what the sales team is saying and they have no idea what happens at the warehouse." They promise the product will be in your hands in 7-10 days. I ordered on the 13th and my money was taken out of my account immediately. Never got a call about a backorder of the one and only product they sell mind you. The computer screen says it was shipped on the 19th. But there is no tracking information.Really? Another week goes by. I'm out $200 and still have no product. But I have had the pleasure of speaking with four of the most rude, untrained and unhelpful people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Yeahhhh. I demanded they overnight the product to me. Oh yes Jen said she would send it in 3 days and threatened me that if I got the original package I was responsible for sending it back right away or I would be in trouble and my card (they have on file) will be charge. Oh God, Im trusting these people with my financial info? Do you think right away means two weeks, three weeks, a month? I bet you they will not be as patient as I have been. Makes me want a cigarette. horrible

My 23 year old son bought me the Smoker Savior Starter Kit. What a nice son. He has worried about my smoking nearly his whole life. He gave me all of the contact information I needed if I decided that I liked it and needed refills.

Next thing I know, I’m receiving monthly refills…that I never ordered. When I got around to asking my son about it, he discovered that Smoker Savior stole $80 from his account, 2 months in a row. That’s $160 that HE DOESN’T HAVE!

Smoker Savior is stealing and I am not going to let this go. I plan to post everywhere I can the details of Smoker Savior's unscrupulous practice of stealing from its customers.

The two months of REFILLS THAT NO ONE EVER ORDERED have been returned to Smoker Savior but do to a series of delays (effectively played out by their staff) my son will not get the $160 that Smoker Savior stole from him.

Smoker Savior is already raking in the negative reviews all over the internet. Their business plan (ripping off customers) might be a good one for the short term – but their long term outlook is grim. If you’re employed by Smokers Savior – you’d better be looking for other employment because they won’t be around long. As much as they’d like people to THINK nice thoughts about Smokers Savior…their rip-off tactics are going to sink them!!

They may have gotten $160 out of my son but they’ve lost HUGE potential because I will never do business with Smoker Savior and I’ll make sure no one I know ever does business with them either.

Smoker Savior should have tried for my good endorsement because it’s worth a heck of lot more than the $160 they stole from my son!
