I ordered smooth away from getsmoothaway.com and it didn't tell me how much the shipping would be. I then got an email confirming my order for $14.99 with a $13 shipping and handling fee and a 4-6 weeks wait. I immediately called to cancel but nobody answered. In the mean time, I found out that my credit card was charged for over $80. I finally reached someone at smooth away and cancelled my order. They said that I would receive an email confirming the cancelation. Today, I got an email saying that my order has been shipped. I have called all day and no one answers.

I have also been getting telemarketing calls saying that I ordered from one of their partners and offering me suspect deals. It is very frustrating.

This is not what it says, this is sandpaper on plastic. Its is 80grid sandpaper, you stick to the plastic, and then you rub your skin. You don't notice at first but you are rubbing off your skin and NO hair is bieng removed. After a few hours the area that you rubbed is soar kind like a sunburn or 2nd degree burn. This is a terrible product and no one should buy this.

I placed an order with Smooth Away for $14.99 and also for an additional set of pads. I was not given my final amount to be charged on my account. After waiting 4 weeks and not receiving anything I checked my account to see if I had been charged. Not only was I charge the $14.99 but no second set free but an additional $19.98 for extra pads and another $39.94 for shipping for a total of $89.90. That is a large amount from the $14.99 they offer on TV.
I called to cancel and asked for a refund. The lady I spoke to said it was no problem she would cancel and the refund would be placed in my account the next day. The next day I received an email letting me know the product was shipped and of course NO refund in my account. I called again and they explained that it would take 3-5 days to be credited to my account and I would need to return the product. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, I was given a recording that asked me to call back during normal business hours... 6 - 4:00. I was calling a 8:30 in the morning. I called and was transferred seven times and received the same recording AFTER telling the rep that I was receiving that message. This company is very unprofessional with a lot of underlying issues.
