Received the trial bottle of acaix3 and power flush. Was charged $3.95 for natra pure trial but received powerflush500. Was also charged $2.79 from superiora; assuming that was for the acaix3 (I think). I'm still sorting out all the charges as to what bottle belongs to which charge because they have all sorts of different names--none of them say acaix3. Then, my credit showed a $89.31 listed as SMS/GT Colon Power but was for Natra Pure. The slip inside today's envelope tells how much it's going to be BUT not in numbers and dollar signs; it states everything in WORDS so you don't see all the different charges. The paper then tells you that you might have signed up for another $8.50 for a pricelimbo product and a $29.95 for a Fit Factory product.

What I thought I was signing for was a TRIAL of Acaix3 and a TRIAL of NatraPure for the two small charges. I looked further before ordering and did not SEE all the other charges stated. Went back to the site and did not want to "sign" again in order to read the small print more carefully because I figured the whole cycle would begin again. There is NO information on any of the bottles of acaix3 and I have a bottle of triSlimUltra that I have no idea who sent and what connection it has to all of this. WHAT A FREAKIN' MESS.

I ordered the acaix3 because it referred to it because it had been featured on Oprah Winfrey's show so I thought this would be an upstanding company. Wait til Oprah hears about this one.

I have been on the phone now for 61 minutes and they are not answering their phone (it's 5:35pm (Nevada time) on a Friday night...should not be THAT "busy". (1-877-350-8480). The address on one of the papers: Natra Pure, PO Box 2061, Sandy, UT 84091. Shame on this company in Utah.
