On August 4, 2007 my purse was stolen from my vehicle along with all person effects plus all photo identification, etc. On this day the individual who stole my person went into this business with my driver's license and check to purchase two pairs of sneakers which the store manager/owner rung up the order allowing the person to use my driver's license as ID.
I went into the business to ask him personally how he allowed this to happen and his words were, "most retailers do not look at the photo just the driver's license number and that was all he did for ID. I asked him what was the point in asking for ID if you are not planning on checking the photo and he stated, "that this sort of thing happens all the time."
This business has took a loss due to merchandise purchase order of Michael Vick products which he has had some difficulty in selling do to Michael Vicks (football player for Atlantic Falcons-quarterback) legal woes, so I think all he was interested in was making money any way he could to cover the loss. I think that he should be charged for causing me emotional distress and a few other matters.
