Hello

I bought a Nokia 5800 mobile from Sangeetha Mobile Showroom in Jayanager 4th block,

I bought the mobile with the Insurance they were offering me,

with two months mobile stopped responding, it did not get swithched on,

As there was a Insurance they asked to give the mobile to them and advsied they will get it repaired from nokia service center and return it,

they took almost a week and the guy(Bharath Gowda) who had given his mobile number for contacting him to know the status never picked up th call,

at lat they gave it,

After few weeks again there was a display problem, so i decided to go directly to nokia service center and to my shock i found out that they had removed the original and replaced the display to a duplicate one due to which warranty was void,

when enquired Bharath Gowda he stated that he gave to a nokia service care itself.

He stated that Nokia care has done some goof up and he said as i have insurance he'll get it repaired(date of giving mobile to him was 03/07/09),

Now he is again not responding to calls and if i enquire he says he has got no response from Nokia service care,

Previously when i went to Nokia service center they had advised they would service and return it in two days.

The way they respond to customers are also rude, they start screemin at you.
