Bought a tractor with bagging and turbo fan in May of 2010, the latest and best of what it does. Second use, fan was not working. Third month smoke started billowing out and quickly turned off... brought back to the dealership located in Milford, NH (Engine house), told me to bring it to repair service area which no longer is at the store. Four weeks later, still at repair service while my lawn grows into weeds. I ask if they will help pay a landscaper to mow my lawn and then they give me an attitude. To this point I call Snapper and they write all the information down and then do nothing after calling twice. Our next step is to report all this to BBB and see where it goes. As well, we will do our best to make this known that Snapper is a horrible machine and service is worse. We are not wealthy to just go out and by another but i am going to save up some money and destroy this machine with an ax and leave it at front of house with a sign saying... Snapper sucks. Then get a John Deere or something else. Take care consumers...
