I placed an order with this company 1 and 1/2 weeks before I needed it to be delivered for Father's Day. The website stated that they do not charge your credit card until the item is shipped. I received a shipping confirmation the next day, but no tracking number. Father's Day came and my Dad didn't receive his gift. I called the Tue after and was told that I would get a return phone call and did not. The only way I was able to successfully contact the company was via text message. I was told that my order should have been received, but she does not ship the item herself. The seller told that she would refund my shipping and overnight it. Two shipping days passed and still had no tracking number and no item. I had to call them everyday for information because they were not keeping me updated.

On the day the item should have arrived, I was told that the seller still didn't have the tracking number. She said that she couldn't help me anymore so she was cancelling my order and refunding my money. I did not want her to do this as my gift was already a week late, but she did it anyway. When I told her that I would be reporting this to the BBB and writing online reviews, she threatened me for slander, told me I was rude and that any more "threats" and I would hear from her lawyer. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. No business should communicate via text message in my opinion. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your online buying needs.
