bill sui gas

the MD SNGPL Lahore.
1. Our meters were installed in 3/9/2010, but bill not issued
still.kindly issued our bills as soon as possible so that we can pay the
bill easily.
2.in the main streets of the village the pipe lines still
blocked, Please these lines should be functionaled.
3.Our pipelines are not earthed.Kindly earth these lines .

un complete work
Sir we the resident of KHARI QILLA Phandu Baghbanan Road Peshawar, (union council URMAR BALA)
Humbly request that about 4000meter 2inch gas pipe line has been approved since from last 1 year, they only lay down the pipe, and from last six months they said that it will complete in 1 or 2 days,
we wait almost for six months but there is no progress,
plz sir do some thing for us.

NON RECEIVING OF BILL
I AM PAYING MY GAS BILL REGULARLY BUT ORIGINAL BILL IS NOT RECEVING FROM LAST FIVE MONTHS. I GET DUPLICATE BILL FROM SNGPL OFFICE EVERY MONTH.MY CONSUMER #20704200003 QUARTE NO.2 PTCL COLONY BAHAWALPUR. PL ARRANGE TO DELIVER THE BILL REGULARLY. THANKS

wrong readings and wrong address on bill
My name is saqib ansari. My new gas meter consumer number is 05398700004. After gas meter installation, I could not get gas bill for 5 months. I personally went to get bill from Islamabad office(which was looking like fish market with no proper Qs are respectable waiting area or automatic turn slip system). The bill was given to me Rs 4210/ with late payment surcharge of Rs 288/(for no fault of mine). I deposited all amount. This month I again did not receive bill. I got online duplicate bill. Surprisingly no previous and current reading mentioned but consumption of gas shown 1.115HM3/4.195 BTU(from where they got?) with a bill of Rs 520. Ok fine, I will pay the bill but who would ensure that the missing readings for which I am paying wil lnot be added in next bill with higher rate slab as I was penalised in Last bill?????. More over my address on the bill is Bahria Town Chaklala( Is there any Bhria Town in Chaklala, when sngpl themselves given the connection/meter 8months back!!!) Can any official of sngpl would bother to minimize the sufferings of consumers.
