SNGPL donot offer easyway to find out cosumer's bill online.Kindly give an easy approach to see bills because vendor did not provide me billing month feb 2010.After 2hours struggle i could not find my bill.

Unbelievable Billing
I m Sajjad Hussain, from Islamabad.SNGPL is going to kill middle class.We are paying our gas bills regularly, before due date.But they had add the arrears of Rs.259 and a late payment surcharge of Rs.26.we had called the helpline 1199 many times but no one answer.What are we gonna do now.

NON REIEPT OF UTILITY BILL FOR FEB, 2010
Gas bill from SNGPL for February have not been recieved and even SNGPL Web refuses to recognise consumer number. This is a criminal act as SNGPL for extractin money as fine for their own misdeeds is not performing its duties despite huge pay package as copmared to other government departments.

We are getting no Gas Supply for the last 15Days. We have made Compliant 2nd Time 18/02/2010, but no team has visited us.
Till no and the Compliant office Ph no 119 has no answer.
Other Factories in the Street has gas supply, we are getting negatve pressure. When we open the value air inseated of gas: air is Sucked in Side.

Sui Gas Low Pressure

From 2 months in our area gas pressure is very low daily from 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM and 05.00 PM to 10.00 PM. It is requested to take serious action against this issue. Waiting for positive and immediate reply.

Non Receipt of Consumer Bill
Sir Your attention is drawn to the matter as under:-
Sui Gas Meter Number 308221 installed at my residence on 04 August 2009, and I am using gas facilities satisfactorily. But consumer bill has not been received so far from concerned office. I request your honour to kindly instruct staff under you kind control for issuance of bill & save me from sudden financial burdon, please.

its very strange but true that no gas supply in daily use even to cook food.and it happens daily from 7.20am to 10pm the gas is shut .
is there anybody who can tell what should i do
how to cook food my kids r hungry .
can u imagine its 10.50pm but still no gas

wrong billing
I am Abdul Saleem from Swabi, I got the gas connection on 23th August 2009, I received the bill of the August Rs. 390/=in the month of September 2009 and paid before due date.wheras the reading diffrence showing zero.
Now I received the month of September bill showing Rs.660/= wheras the reading diffrence showing zero.
latest Reading in my sui gas meter is 0190256
Residential gas Consumer No.82310055288 Consumer's Name MR ABDUL NAEEM

please correct my bill.
