bought these so called "Uggs" from https://www.snugaustraliauggboots.com.au in December
Cost me the guts of 200 euro and this is how they look after just THREE MONTHS. When I tried to return them just after the 3 months was up - this is what they replied:

Unfortunately, it does not appear that a manufacturing fault has occured. Furthermore, as the boots are outside of warranty, the manufacturer will be unable to accept the boots back for a return/exchange.
