Free snuggies have not received.
I was on one of the free stuff sites and requested a free snuggies about two or three month ago, and I have not received as of yet. Ican not remember the correct web site. Will you be able to find out where it should have come from? Thank you.

Failure to cancel order
When I tried to order ONE Snuggie through their automated website, I got to the end of the order only to find out that they actually had charged me for FIVE! There was no way to cancel the order at that time, and when I called, I only got an automated "help" line. After I finally got through to some low-payed idiot on the phone, all I was told was that since it was an automated system, he didn't have any access to it, nor could he make any changes to the billing. He said "you might just try to return the product after you receive it".

This company is a SCAM, you are better off buying a knock-off product from a reputable retailer. Snuggies is a SCAM company, and everyone should be aware!!

ordered 4 items ans recieved only one
On january 29, 2009 I recieved one snuggie via ups, but I ordered four (4) snuggies . I have been charged $45.85 for four snuggies. Could I please receive my other three snuggies. I really like the snuggie that I recieved on Jan.29th, 2009. Please send me the three snuggies that I all ready paid for of $45.85... If by chance that you do not send me my three snuggies which I paid an extra $5.85 for heavyer matial, I will go to my TV channal 2 WBAY TV company and will give your company some free advertising that, I garentee will stop alot sales in this state. I don't like making statements like this, but when I called your office, they said that they would send them on jan.29th, 2009. Pease send my order of the three snuggies that I already paid for. I am a disabled 59 year old single man on social security. You have taken my money and not do good your promise to a disable man on wellfair. order process
I had ordered this item online and when i tried to correct the order it says i have to wait 48 to 72 hours for it to be in system. then when i finally get ahold of some one after being referred to 3 different 800 numbers they tell me the order is already shipped and i will have to pay return shipping for the unwanted merchendise.

Rip Off
While my wife was recovering from surgery for a broken hip and under stong medication she ordered the Snuggy blankets advertised on TV. When the product arrived we found it to be of very poor quality and that we were charged $91.70 far more than the TV advertised price. Our attempt to talk to a representativ was
unsuccessful. When I took the package to the UPS store to ship it back they could not accept it as they could not authenticate the address the we provvided to us by the Snuggy company recording.

over charge
My husband ordered the snuggies off tv..buy 1 get 1 free just pay shipping. Imagine our surprise when we got 4 and got billed 91.50. That is just ridiculous. And when I tried to call about returning them they offered an immediate $40 refund. Couldnt speak to a human. That is a serious rip off. I am returning tem all. Wish me luck.

overcharged
This company is a scam - don't fall for it. Here's my experience:

Jan. 26 -
I don't know if you have seen those commercials on TV for Snuggies. Well, they are a scam. A fraud. Plain and simple. The phone ordering was completely automated. I ordered two blue blankets. I wanted one extra thick and one regular, but they didn't give that option. There was no total quoted at the end.

After going through three phone numbers I finally got ahold of a live person. They say orders can take time to process so I ended up calling several times. Each time I was told that my order was not in the system. I eventually ended up ordering again figuring that my first order didn't go through for whatever reason.

Two days after I placed my new order, four Snuggies arrived in the mail, all super thick. I checked my bank account and I had been charged $99! WTH?!? I have not been able to contact the company since then. Hopefully tomorrow I can contact them. I filed a complaint with my bank saying these were unauthorized charges. I need to send these blankets back since they were not what I wanted.

The box contained no packing slip. I had to call to get a return address. The company is clearly making it as hard as possible to return merchandise. I found the company name through a Google search. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When I checked out the company's rating it was an F!

At any rate, this company is running a SCAM! Do not fall for it!

Jan. 27 -
I called Snuggie today about sending my order back. They said they will NOT reimburse me the huge shipping cost and only give me a fraction of my money back. We will see how the dispute with the bank and the BBB that I filed turns out, if at all. But I am livid. The girl at Snuggie told me that they reason they could find my first order was because they had my first and last name reversed. I also noticed the shipping label on the box and my last name was not spelled right either even though I clearly spelled it out on the automatic answering device.

Jan. 29 -
I got the Snuggies box sent back today. I included a nastygram inside demanding a complete refund and that they pay for my shipping cost. I included a copy of my shipping receipt. On the phone yesterday I was told I could get a complete refund, but they would not cover the $16 shipping to mail the box back to them.

Do not fall for this scam!

Ordered Snuggies in November, finally received the end of January. I paid online with my debit card. I called numerous times and they told me that they had tried to charge my account but were unable to get it to go through and that they needed to put my number in over again. I refused. I told them that I placed my order online and that I typed in my account number and there were no errors. I had already called my card company and NO attempts had been made to process my account. I spoke to the supervisors twice by calling the company direct and telling the operator to connect me to a supervisor. Magically they did get this card to go through when they finally did have the products to ship.

They were not BURGUNDY THEY ARE RED. I paid the "extra" money to get the pockets and the THICKER/SOFTER better fleece. BULLSHIT. My friend got the regular priced ones and other than the pocket the material is the exact same.

I only bought these because my husband wanted them for Christmas, but believe me you can go to the fabric store and buy a large piece of fleece and make your own!!!

never received order
I ordered the snuggies that I saw on television, and here it is 8 weeks later and I have never received my order and cannot get anyone to answer the customer service number.
