non-delivery of merchandise
failed to deliver product ordered, billed mastercard, provided u.p.s. tracking number, stated shipped on 1-26-09. ups states the have issued label for package but have not recieved package from shipper

Online fraud
Ordered 2 sets of Snuggies from the internet in mid-December, 2008. I did receive an order confirmation email, but that is all. No order status, no tracking number, no card charges yet, no nothing.

Have found no way to contact company, except a phone number, that - after reading other reports on THIS web site - probably will not yield results either. I finally found a way to check order through their web site, only to find out that items are 'back ordered'. What the heck is that? Why didn't they inform me of this when I placed the order?

In as much as I am probably in the early stages of dis-satisfaction, I am getting the feeling that I have been scammed by this so called company. I guess this is how they pay for those TV commercials -- Take consumers money, but do not deliver the product.

Someone should investigate, and the company be liable for defrauding it's customers.

Buyer beware on this one.

Refund
We purchased over the phone the deluxe Snuggies. Somehow the zip code was wrong, and thus UPS could not deliver and UPS procedure was to return it to the company (Snuggies). Getting in touch with the company is almost impossible you have to find it through the back door. And their phone answering system does not work so it takes many attempts to get a person. But I finally did and found they were back ordered on Snuggies so we elected to get our money refunded. It has been over a month and they have not refunded our money to our account. We will never purchase ANYTHING over the TV again.

Double Charges on Different Dates
We Ordered our Snuggies on Line...The order came up way more than we expected so at the time we called actually got a live person(which you can not now)and got things fixed...They charged our account the right amount and we thought we were done...Now Three Weeks later they charge us for another amount. I see this as Stealing and I am not real happy about it but can not get back to anyone all their lines are automated. So I see this as Hiding. We love the Blankets but sorry about this we got screwed real good...

fraudulent company
This company would have done well if they had someone who knew what they were doing. I ordered my snuggey for 14.95 then i was suppose to get a free one with a reading light when it got to picking the quantity I chose one which would have been 1 snuggie plus a free snuggie and book light then it got to the color I chose blue then it asked for the second color i chose burgundy then put all my credit card info in then it says thank you for your order you will recieve your order in 2-6 weeks, then hung up I couldnt believe that they didnt give you an amount or a chance to cancel anything ( i wanted these for christmas) I tried endlessley calling this company to be put on hold for over an hour when I finally found a web site to check on my order i couldnt believe my order was 71.00 dollars apparently when they asked for a second color they through in another snuggley set which they then charged 8.00 per snuggey (so ridiculous) How can they get away with this. Then when I finally got a hold of an actuall person 1-800-566-2888 she proceeded to tell me I didnt listen to the instructions, WHAT!!! what instruction they asked quantity I said one they asked color I said blue and burgundy for the free one They asked for the credit card number and then hung up. I cancelled the ordered thank god before they could charge my account and just out of curiosity asked her when I would have gotten it she said january 20th almost a month after christmas!!! What I dont understand is why dont they just do the right thing why do they try to screw people out of there hard earned money. The public is getting to smart for this kind of stuff I will never order from a t, v. commercial again!!! Hint if your trying to reach that 1-800 above stay on the line even when they tell you to call later on in the week I was persistent someone eventually picked up.

Unauthorized charges
Placed an order on line as was advertised buy 1 at $19.95 + s.h. and get one free. I placed order and they stated you could get another one for $14.95 +s.h. and you would get one free. I did not want the extra offer only wanted the original buy 1get 1 for $19.95 +s.h. I thought i would get a chance to review my order and correct it if needed but they automatically processed the order and the second offer was on it.

I was shocked when I saw this done and I was charged $102 instead of the $36 I thought I would be charged. There must be something that states that as a customer You should be able to view your order and confirm it before the order is processed and billed. What this company is doing is a Rip-Off. When You call customer service you get an answering machine that puts you on hold forever, then an automated voice says please call back latter and disconnects You. I called several times and got the same thing.

I have already called my credit card company.

Do not deal with snuggies.com unless you want to get Ripped-Off!
