They don't want to return my money $315.88 + tax for defective filter and assembly Everpure (Wato WI-9270-70 H-300).
I purchase the filter for $140.35 and it leak, I went back and they sold me the entire assembly for 349.53 on 06/04/2010 and still leaked, I went back and they sold me a different type that this one was OK. (BG-300) both of them made by Water Inc.
I made couple attemps to return the first one that was defective product and also tried to talk to store manager and they don't want to get him. The employee Alfredo Vasques told me that the can not return anything becouse water ran into it. ( how I am suppossed to find out if it leaks if I don't run water to it). I Also called Water Inc and told me to go back to the store and ask to talk the manager, that this is not right, they can only help me to get a filter replacement.
I called again Snyder-diamond and still don't want to do anything or let me talk to the manager. I also tried to call on phone and left a message to manager and I did not have any response.
I end up paying for double system $698.00 that I should only be spending $144.35.
I am asking for help to correct this customer abuse, I don't believe this from Snyder-diamond reputation and should be a better treatment to customers.
I have all the recipts and defective system on hand, please let me what I can do ?.
