These guys don't care about there new customers. I was opening a lounge and told them that my grand opening was in two weeks. They said No problem and that our stuff would be here Monday 3 days before our opening date. So I ordered 2 grand worth of shisha and hookahs from them. Tuesday came and We call to see what was up and they said that they haven't sent it yet. I then reminded them of what they had promised and the time frame I was in. They said "There's nothing We can do".I then told them to cancel that order so that I could get it from another place that could go and pick it up.
A 10 hour drive but I had no choice.I was only buying a little bit from them about 600.00 and then replace the order with social smoke for most of the stuff from before because there prices were more fair then the other place. I know that things happen and I like to give people the benefit of doubt but what they did next I will never understand. When I tried logged back to replace my order the next day and my acct was blocked. I then called to ask why and the receptionist said I'd have to talk to sales and that they would call me back but never did. I tried to call two more times to see what the problem was. I was blown off again. In my opinion they don't care about making people happy and they don't need any new business. They have a big piece of the market all ready and the attitude to match.
