Don't use the site. It's a service that that you can get for free from the Social Security Government website. They run a fine line of legality that has been looked into. They will NOT refund your money. They say that the money is for consulting, customer service, and broadband usage.

1st of all, you don't need the get the form from them...so the broadband usage is something that you are paying for...but could get for free.

2nd they don't do any consulting b/c the form is pretty self explanitory.

3rd they will only respond to customer service requests if threatened.

In essence, you are paying them for nothing. Legally they can't even submit the form for you, but they give you the distint impression that they can.
