After seeing Pastel's online offering for My Business, I bought the offline Pastel Xpress 2009. When I installed and used it, I felt like I was back in the early 90s. This software has huge security problems, crashes several times every hour, and the software is unnecessarily difficult to use. I work in the IT industry and as a software programmer, I can say this software is built badly has serious bugs in it. I'm shocked that so many people put up with the pain of using this software.
I explained all this to Pastel support, and got a response back asking me if I needed training on how to use the software. I said no, because I had already figured it out, and it wouldn't make it easier to use. After wasting my, and my employees' time with this, I want my money back and still have all the packaging in its original state. I asked the representitve from Pastel to take the matter higher up. After asking for a response twice after that and not getting anything back, I can only assume Pastel is trying to ignore me in order to preserve the appox. R3000 sale.
I'm disgusted by this childish behaviour. Pastel needs to refund me for selling me a lemon.
