I paid $399 for a two class for "hands-on" training for QuickBooks. 1) The computers didn't have the lessons loaded on them - second day, the teacher didn't even give out laptops due to this problem. 2) The computers were so old and abused, that if you had a mouse to plug into the laptops, you couldn't, the USB port was mangled. 3) The class was to run from 8:30 - 4:00/4:30 first day, we were out at 2:15 and second day 1:30 and that was with a one hour lunch break. 4) Second day was "advanced" class - more people than first day. Two left at 10:30 break, three didn't come back after lunch break. 5) Called right after class and got through, wast sent a compalint form which was sent back but no contact regarding this - also suggested I could go to Toledo for 2 days of training - I live in Cleveland. 6) Have called at least 2 times a day almost every day since the class, get nothing but voice-mail - have checked with others that took this class, they are getting voice-mail or it rings busy. 7) Have gone to their website and sent message in the "Contact Us" portion of the website. Save your money and buy a tutorial at a computer software store...you have just as good a chance at learning Quickbooks that way as taking this class.
