Since January I did not know I have received invoices to pay for services I never requested. I find the situation unacceptable. After checking with my telephone service provider yesterday April 29, I learned that additional charges appeared on my account and I was referred to a third party billed me for services. First of all, I explained my situation and your employee immediately cancelled the account (confirmation number 163215). Secondly he mentioned that I should contact you and provide invoices to support my complaint. I never asked for such services, I ask you to proceed immediately to a refund for the months of January, February, March and April total of 212$. I am very disappointed about this situation and about the fact your company charged me for services I never desired. I expect that you correct this situation immediately and reimburse me.
