I paid $800 for a Sole F85 Treadmill to be delivered on Sep. 17, 2009 using their required form of payment, Green Dot MoneyPak that I purchased at Walmart. They acknowledged receipt by email and then another email saying the order was being processed. Shipping was supposed to be 7 to 14 business days. Well, when I went to check my order history a few days after the order it no longer showed up on the website. After numerous phone calls, which I had to leave messages (never got a real person), and a few emails I never got a response. This concerned me. Now the site no longer exists nor does the sales email address. So, I am out $800. They stole my money and I am sure there are others.

I am at a loss as to what action I need to take next.
