unwanted charges
this company texted my phone twice with the message "solow subscriptions renewed 100pts and 20 guesses/day/game at $9.99 a month" i didn't reply to it because i figured it was y a scam. when i got the second text, i called my carrier (sprint) right away and asked if they had charged me anything. the woman said i was charged $20.88 by solow. i have never had anything to do with this company. i don't even have a facebook (which is how most people seem to be getting scammed by them) they are money sharks who just want to take advantage of people!!! luckily, because i called right away, the sprint rep. was able to credit the charges back to my account and she said she was going to block all texts from the company. hopefully it works, guess i'll find out when i get my bill =/ call your carrier if you get these texts and ask them to block this awful thieving company. maybe if they get enough complaints they will not authorize scam sites like solow to take advantage of their costumers in the future!

I have a $15 charge on my January phone bill and have never received any service from Solow. I have called 1-877-402-3687 and left messages several times and have never recieved a response. I am looking to get a credit.

unwanted service
aparently i was beign charged 9.99 for three month for a subcription service i supposely had subscribed.i think it may have been on facebook when i answered a survey and did the mistake of subscribing to this service. i have no idea whatthis service does but i was paying for it anyways. it wasnt until i called my cel phone provider when they gave me the details...they told me to reply them to 23687 the word stop asap to avoid more charges...after that i ask to block content such as this an this wont happen again...only the fre subscription such as myspace mobile or facebook stuuf like that any other ones that come with a fee will be bloked...activate this service with ur cellphone company to avoid such nscams...

Unauthorized Charges
Unauthorized charge of $9.99 to my Verizon Account. This has happened several times untill I found out what the charge was for, and I did not authorize or played their guessing game. Do not charge my account 937-623 4589 again. If this happens again I am turning this over to my attorney as fraud and a scam.

his company is a definite scam...claims i authorized charges in august 2009 but the first charge to my cell phone was in january 2010...there is no way to talk with anyone and they keep sending me these stupid emails apologizing for the charge but they cannot refund...anyone know of a way to report them and to whom they can be reported for a scam operation

unwanted phone charges
My names William Robert Howe the third and today i had gotten a text stating that i had subscribed to this site "solow.com, " but i have never heard of it until i got the text, when i opened the text it said that i had subscribed 20 days before and that they were taking $9.99 off my phone.i don't even know what the site is for, nor do i want to know what its for.all i was want is to get the money put back on my account and for them not to text me or try to take money off my account ever again.thank you for your time and have a nice day.

extra charges on my mobile bill
When I went to pay my cell phone bill-I discovered that there was an extra $30.00 added to my bill. I know nothing about it and I don't recall giving permission to charge me for anything. I don't even recall accepting the offers for anything from Solow service. This charge still remains on my bill and I still have to pay for something I didn't know or accept.
Note: this is not fair and I want people to be aware of this service. Please be on the look out.
