unauthorized charges
I did not sign up for any services! Do not want any! I have to spend my time to unsubscribe. And I am told I have to pay the bill. This is a scam and should be illegal. Thank you, James Dobler

Unauthorized charges to my Verizon Cell Phone
This week I received my cell phone bill and noticed it was about $10 higher than normal. I looked at the detail and saw a charge for $9.99 for Premium Text Service. I called Verizon to find out why I was being charged and was told that I had somehow subscribed to a Premium Text Service thru Solow.com (as in our morals are 'so low' that we don't care who we scam as long as we get rich). I told Verizon I had never approved of any Premium Texting Subscription. Verizon told me they could not remove the charge and that I would have to contact Solow to get the charge removed. I sent solow an email today demanding a full refund. Well see if I have any luck. After doing a google search on this company I found that their are tons of people who have been scammed by them as well (so far none have had success getting this company to refund their money). A friend suggested that I pay my cell phone bill with my credit card (which I normally do anyway) and then file a dispute with my Credit Card company for the $9.99 portion of the bill. That might be what I end up doing.

texts
I am a senior citizen with a cell phone and do not have texting as a service. Yet I have $22.97 extra on my bill from texts coming in from I didn't know where. I am on a budget and think this is very disrespectful for a company to send you things you didn't sign up for and now I have to pay the bill...I wish someone would do something about this. I see alot more problems out there and still nothing is done? Gramma on a budget.

unauthorized text charges
For the past two months there have been charges for premium text messages on one of my phones. After checking the name on the internet, I found a lot of other complaints about unauthorized charges. My provider "Verizon" new immediately the company I was complaining about. Verizon was gracious enough to credit my account for the charges and blocked the phone to prevent any further charges. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida State Attorney's office to see if they will take any kind of action against this company.

Unauthorized Cell Phone Billing
These people started billing my Verizon account without autorization. I called Verizon and the will not back the charges out of my bill. I called Solow.com customer service and there is no option to speak with a living bieng, just a message that states "A customer service representative will return your call" This is a scam, there are no services associated with the bill.

I received my Verizon phone bill, and realized my bill was too much. I called Verizon and was told that solow.com had charged me for something that I unknowingly signed up for.
Verizon will not remove the charge. It was for $9.99 for one text message!!!
There has to be some way to stop this type of thing happening. It's stealing!

ILLEGETIMATE CHARGES
I have no idea how SOLOW.COM got rights to charge my cellular account, and I've asked Verizon to remove the scurrilous charge of $9.99.
Verizon Wireless should block SOLOW.COM. There are thousands of complaints about this outfit all over the Internet.
I'll be warning all my associates. Thank you for your kind attention.
