In March 2010, I bought two new tires from this dealership and had my tires balanced & aligned at the same time. This last week - February 2011, I had my oil changed and the technician noted that my two new tires had 3/32 tread left on them and needed to be changed. With only 20, 000 miles on them and no unusual wear on either tire I called the dealership where I bought the tires and had the service done. The Bill Doraty service technician called me back and said there was nothing they were going to do for me, and I needed to take the matter up with Bill Doraty's tire supplier. I told the technician that this was unacceptible and unprofessional for a dealership to sell any product that they won't stand behind. I am out $250 for the tires.
