I scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company on Tuesday June 6, 2006. It was agreed that a technician would come on Thursday June 8, 2006 (a pre-arranged off day). In between the hours of 1:30 pm and 2:20pm. This was a perfect date and time since I was throwing a birthday party for my 1 year old son on Saturday June 10, 2006. So Thursday 6-8-06 arrived and I was ready for the techinician to show up.After my 1 hour timeframe was up I finally called the company to inquire on the technicians estimated time of arrival (eta). The receptionist-scheduler Mary advised that the company van was being repaired and she can reschedule this service in between the hours of 8pm-9pm of the same night. Since we were desperate I agreed to this time not knowing how long it would take for the carpet to dry. Again the hour given came and passed, so of course the office is closed so I could not call at that time. The very next day at about 10am I called the office. (keep in mind this office has never made a call to any of my contact #'s to let me know anything) So when I spoke with the same receptionist Mary she advised that the technician sent to perform the carpet cleaning services Ken arrived to our home and we told him it was too late and turned him away. A obvious lie because my family and I stayed up until late the night before waiting for the techinician. So at that time Mary advised me that she will speak with the technician to compare events and she will call me back to reschedule. I explained to her that the man did not show up and I just need for somebody to come and perform the services agreed upon. She said she will call me back. So by this time it is frdiay late afternoon and I still have not heard from this company. I again contacted the office and much more pleasant women answered the phone Stephanie she advised me that she heard of the mix-up and she will send someone to clean the carpet at 7am Sat since, the party events did not begin until 2pm. I agreed to this again because my carpet really needed some attention. This original technician Ken showed up at about 7:45 am, he pulled all of his equipment out, plugged in his machine...claimed his machine was broke and left. By this time my husband and I were furiuos we told the Scheduler at the office that she must immedialty send out another technician and perform these services free of charge for our inconvenience, this lady basically accused us of lying and retorted back to the first night of us turning the technician away, which again never did happen. We demanded to speak with the owner of the company, Mary claimed he will call us back. To date we have never spoke with this company again and our carpet was never cleaned by them. Consumers this was the worst experience ever, I have never dealt with a group of people so unorganized and unprofessional in my life. A common street hustlers would give better service.
